Was able to get the job done but it took all morning. The staff here is very nice and helpful but the PA DMV as a whole does not run well. I emailed ahead of time what documents I needed to bring for my situation and of course it was not correct. So it took two trips here to get it done. My wait time was prob 20-30 min.

Lady at the very front who gave me my ticket was very sweet and friendly. Lady who took my ticket and processed my information was so rude. She was short with me the moment I sat down. Not sure what her problem was or if she was just racist or something but I gave her the documents she asked for, snapped at me for having my passport in a clear sleeve protector, and proceeded to make me feel stupid for checking off the wrong box in the form I filled out. Also tossed my documents back at me once she was done. I asked her a simple question and her response was "excuse me?". I know DMV workers are known to be rude but this was a first. Everyone else here was super nice. Didn't know she had to ridicule me the entire time I was with her for me to get my ID.

Got in late in the day on friday at 305 had a ticket and a seat by 3:10. Came for a real I'd renewal. Seen by first attendant at 340. Photo taken and done by 4:20. There were still 20 ppl behind me when I left. This one is the busier of the centers I've been too and still it was very efficient. Especially compared to over in NJ

Over 3 hrs spent here to transfer my driver’s license over. The photo attached is from 9:50am. You are better coming around lunch time or right after. You’ll be in and out faster. The only good thing was the kind man at the very end on lane 1 who actually set my ID up

Lady at the front is so rude and checked out. You can’t ask any questions or you’re the stupid one. Would go to a diff location if possible 🙃 …

I went to the Penn Dot for a driver’s license today. Dimaris was extremely helpful and respectful with getting the work done. Along with her, Ebony (desk next to her) was also polite enough to answers all my questions and help with sorting out the required documents. I would highly recommend both the girls. 3 stars is because the wait time is alot at this center.

Be very careful at this Penndot location. An employee made a duplicate of my new drivers license. She kept the original and gave me the duplicate. When go to this location for a new ID or license (not real ID) make sure you are not receiving a duplicate. It should read, DUPS: 00, not DUPS 01. That's if you're getting your ID or license renewed or for the first time. I will be calling Harrisburg to complain. This is dangerous. Be careful. They can get credit in your name or even worst.

Rude, ignorant and clueless staff. Tax money just being wasted. Refusing service to the public because they don't like what one person is wearing. Matthew needs to go. He's an a-hole
